Absolutely wonderful is all I can say. Each person that I was in contact made me feel quite comfortable. The process and each step was explained before, during, and after. I will not call all of the employees names to maintain their privacy, but they all treated me well. I was so comfortable that I could have just stayed and slept. Thanks for your superior customer service.

I was pleased with my experience. I arrived early and checked in promptly. I was call to the back and seemed to be whisked into the operating room. Everyone introduced themselves and were very friendly. I was done and in recovery much sooner than I expected. I think I was in and out in 1½ hours. Would recommend to anyone needing their services.

The staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured me about the safety and care I would receive during my procedure. They were extremely supportive and helpful. Everyone including the front office staff, nurses, anesthesiologists, and the doctor, made my experience 100% better than expected. They all took very good care of me and for that I will forever be thankful!

The staff was awesome. Kayla greeted me and got my information. Reggie was a very sweet vein sticker. Kathleen did a great job knocking me out. Jaylen even tied my shoes after surgery was over. All were so friendly and professional. Recommended to all.

I arrived on time, a few minutes early. The instructions warned to be ready to wait an hour or so. I had about a 15 minute wait before I was called back. I’m sorry to say I don’t have the names of 2 of the most professional and engaging women I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. As they prepped me (completed the clinical side of paperwork and got me I.V. ready) their conversation was relaxing and informative. I’m going to put a pin right here and say that I don’t have one bruise from the I.V. Not one. I’m not even sore. She did an amazing job. I’ll cut cross field and say they all did. I appreciate how no one did anything to me without explaining what they were doing. When I asked a question I was given detailed answers. The discharge paperwork included most of what I asked but they didn’t brush me off. It would have been easy to do so. A wonderful experience from check-in to discharge.
