I went to Dr.Zua 2 years ago for a endoscopy he did a great job and his staff was very friendly and kind they got me back for my testing on a Friday it was very quick and he explained everything to me and my testing went well

So, after some pretty rough initial scheduling issues, Dr. Zua and staff really stepped up for my elderly mother. Could definitely use a little more instruction for new patients on first-time procedures, but she's a lot better. Shout out to the front office for going the extra mile.

As I read the bad reviews it made me leery but I decided to judge for myself. Dr. Zua expressed more care and concern for me than any of my other physicians. Yes my wait was long for my procedure because he took time with each patient speaking to each one afterwards to give a report. I appreciate that mostly because I didn’t spend time worrying about my results. We live in a world where everyone want a microwave doctor, microwave procedures, microwave appointments which leave room for error. I’d rather have a doctor who takes time with me than being treated like heard and cattle or just a number. Don’t pass on Dr. Zua he took great care of me.

Awful clinic. The most unprofessional business I have ever made contact with in my entire life. Appointments are never started on time. I was billed for a procedure that is covered by my insurance, because their billing department made an error. When I contacted the office with the correct code I was told that it would be fixed, but I received a bill in the mail 2 weeks later and my insurance company said it wasn't fixed. Once again I called the office left a message and no answer. I have made sure that Humana Tricare knows about the service that I received throughout my entire treatment.

Dr Zua is a excellent MD, however he would benefit from getting better staff. The office state is unprofessional as well as rude and have no concern for the patient. It takes too long for them to get back with you and when they do they have no answer except to tell you they will get back with you again.
