I want in last year for routine cataract surgery , the doctor botched the surgery and dropped them cataract into me eye, requiring me to go elsewhere for retinal surgery entailing much more pain and expense, I never got an apology and they are still billing me for the office visit even though I had to pay someone else's to fix their screw up. It wasn't until I went somewhere else for my other eye that I realized how much more professional a clinic should be.
