When I leave a review for Medical facilities, It is always for the way human beings treat other human beings........Here goes: Had a procedure today and couldnt of been happier with the service & outcome....Great communication with office prior to my appointment...When arriving, everything was explained, they treated me with respect...........we laughed a little, they made me feel comfotable & safe with great follow up......Admin folks, Nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr O'Hare were all terrific. I would have posted pics, but couldnt do that....Great Folks to work with!!! ~ GO TEAM :)

Service was good... went down hill when I attempted to pay my bill. Did so twice through United Health Care less then 30 days after the service and then again at 60 days, both times Lebanon Endoscopy billing rejected the payments, and without sending any bills, statements, phone calls, text, email... they sent me to collection. Talked to Sonya Miles (Mgr) in billing, she promised to look into it and get back to me, that was July, never called and now she is ghosting me. Clearly they don't care

Two stars because the rude lady at the front desk. She definitely could use some classes on people skills, empathy, and how to talk to someone. Very pushy and interrupting you when you try to talk. Once you get past king koopa the nurses where princesses. Gretchen, the anesthesia lady and Brooke were exceptional. Definitely the only reason there are any stars.

GREAT! Whole team is extremely professional. Dr O’Neil handled my colonoscopy like a boss. He’s very blunt which I like. Most doctors just sugar coat everything, but not him. Praise to his nurse and front desk lady for keeping me calm. 👌

Gretchen and Wendy were the best! I felt comfortable and at ease from the first moment. Dr O’Hare was amazing too. Definitely will be recommending to family and friends.
