Doctors and Nurses were great, Pathology is impossible to get ahold of. They will only call you once a day, and if you miss their call you have to wait until the next day to hear the critical information that could be necessary to your health. I have called them over 12 times within the past two days after their initial call to no avail. Upon reaching the front desk they say that they are "doing their best to call back, and will get back to you as soon as possible". Absolutely do not recommend coming here if you have any concerns regarding your health.

I was a patient and had to reschedule my procedure twice due to an MS relapse. I got a certified letter I had been dropped as a patient. I had called to let them know why the appointment had been canceled. I was told nothing could be done about it because Dr Fry had decided to drop me.

I had my first colonoscopy here today. Starting from the first phone call that I received right up til the time I walked out the door, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Everything was explained to me before and after the procedure. My experience went way beyond my expectations. I was completely at ease from the time I walked into the building. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you all for being so amazing! ❤️

We did not have a good experience with this place or their disrespectful and downright rude front desk staff. They treat you as though you owe them something and you're the patient! Good luck if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment because you will be sent for a "review" and then after 10 days you may or may not be permitted to reschedule. This is if you cancel, for any reason no matter how serious, like surgery, not if you just don't show up. There are too many other options in the Tri-Cities that I feel certain would treat you with far more kindness and compassion.
