The staff was very knowledgeable & personal. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous! I had a 9:00 am appointment time for my procedure. I wasn’t take back for pre-op until approximately 11:30. When I asked why I was told by a nurse that folks show up two hours early so they go by “walk ins” not appointments. Why make those wait that follow instructions??? Tell those “walk ins” to wait their turn & base it on appointments only!!! If someone calls to cancel then move a “walk in” in that slot & proceed. Don’t go to HMG Meadowview surgery center unless you are prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time!! 😔😤😠😡

I would like to thank Toni, Abby, Dr. Tim , Michael and Matt for their care of me on Friday, May 23rd. I don’t believe that I could have been treated any better than if I was family. They were so kind and gentle always doing their best to keep me at ease. I would have given more stars if I could. I pray that all of them will be blessed beyond description.

My husband had surgery here last week and everyone was great. It was his first procedure ever and all the nurses, providers, and supporting staff made him feel at ease and well cared for. We were in and out in a very timely manner and the facility was clean and beautiful, and very modern. I had to pay out of pocket and all costs were given to us ahead of time with no surprises so far. And Matt, who took his medical history before surgery, called to check on him a few days after, which was unexpected but very nice. We have nothing but good things to say about MeadowView Surgery Center!

I had a procedure done at the surgery center today. My check in time was 10:20 and I was walking out at 11:30. All the staff members were very kind and personable. They made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the steps of the procedure. If/when I need another procedure done, I will definitely be back.

Excellent care! Dr Park and his team go above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of. He has wonderful bedside manner, incredible surgical experience and the ability to put not only the patient, but their family at ease. Megan, Kim and Debbie are amazing nurses and we cannot say enough good things about them. 10/10 would recommend!
