This was the best experience I have had as far as a surgery center. My daughter had several surgeries and everyone there made us feel secure and comfortable with her having surgery there. They took time explaining everything that was going to happen to happen before, during and after surgery. They addressed all of our concerns with care and respect. I literally can't say enough great things about our experience. Thank you all for all that you do! Keep being great!

Two weeks ago on Wednesday 10/29/2025, I went to the Methodist Germantown Surgery Center for left eye cataract surgery and they did everything right. ALL of the staff were great, nice, professional, top notch, etc. They called me with the times two business days before the surgery day. They had me report at a reasonable amount of waiting time at 6:15 AM for 7:45 AM Left Eye Cataract Surgery. They let my family member go to pre-op with me. They let my family member go to post-op with me. They had me out and on the way home by 8:30 AM or so. They had a monitor or two on the walls in the waiting area to communicate with my family member every step of the way. They were first class all of the way. Highly recommend them.

This surgery center is amazing! All of the staff had smiles on their faces and warm hearts. Each nurse that was a part of my surgical journey was amazing. If I need an outpatient surgery in the future, I hope it's at this location.

Hello everyone, my name is Krista, I’m a mom and a biochemist. I hope you find my review helpful in consideration of your specific needs: For me this was the worst surgery experience I have ever had. There were multiple medical protocols not followed. I didn't really relay my medical background or that I was a biochemist to any of the staff, but I certainly could not recommend this center on any level. Discharging a patient from a surgery center while they are actively puking and coming in and out of consciousness is considered inappropriate and very unsafe. My family member questioned the nurse asking, “are you sure she’s okay to leave”, and told me the nurse kept looking at her watch. Another family member said I was ghost white when I got home. I was literally passing out and waking up for hrs, as well as vomiting inbetween but released within less than an hour. My vitals were not taken properly. When I asked to keep the oxygen, it was taken away. I was forced into a wheel chair after saying repeatedly I need a second, then I would pass out and come to throwing up. They were shoving alcohol pads in my face and me in a wheelchair. The list is long from the start. I had a strong feeling of discomfort and distrust as well. I will not be going back here that’s for certain.

The entire staff we interacted with, from check in to discharge, was phenomenal. My daughter’s post op nurse, Debbie, was one of the sweetest nurses I have ever met. She was attentive and caring to my daughter and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend for outpatient surgery.
