My insurance reported to me that this place owed me money/credit balance. I have called three (or more) times and told "we'll look into it and call you." Same story for the manager who hasn't called me back and told me she'd "investigate." That was five weeks ago.

The folks at Vanderbilt Surgery Center in Cool Springs are the best. They take a difficult time I'm experiencing and make me feel like they are my family caring for my every need, from arrival to helping me to get back on my feet and back home. I LOVE these people like family and would highly recommend any time you need their services, to take the worry out of your mind and concentrate on your recovery. Dr. Holzman's team is incredible, starting with Tracy in registration and Amy, who was patient and spent a lot of time with me during intake. Dr Higgins is a hoot, and Erin (from what I remember) is excellent. Dr Holzman took the time to explain everything before and after the procedure was very comforting – he is the best, indeed.

I had blesph eye surgery here yesterday. I had read some negative reviews of this surgery center before hand and was a little concerned. But I can report that it was a positive experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind and helpful and I felt like I had made new friends by the time I left after my surgery and recovery. I would highly recommend using this surgery center.

I recently had cataract surgery and I cannot believe what a great experience it was……from the receptionist to the prep and post teams and doctors involved. Professional, patient, and everyone took the time to listen and explain. Not something you always get in that environment .
