Will be posting a review soon. Owed a credit of $114. It doesn't matter if it is $2 or $5,000 a company should not be able to keep your money for months after they admit you have a credit due. Told two different things by two different people that are responded to the question. Was told two different things. I hate to be lied to. This credit back has been due for months now. They tell you before procedure you have to pay so much up front and you do. Then you get bill from doctor and pay it immediately. Get bill for anesthesiology and pay it immediately. Paid your copay the first time you visited. They agreed that you are owed a credit of $114 but then they say it is turned over to corporate and it will take them 30 to 60 days to get your refund, and that does not include weekends and holidays. WHY? Then the next hateful person you speak to about when you get your credit says it will be 30 to 90 days, WHY? So in other words they over charge you and then keep your money for months and draw interest off of it. Procedure was done July 30 2025. I will go into more details later if they don't block me some how to keep people from knowing the truth. If we owed them I guarantee they would have turned it over to a collection agency all ready. I will be posting this on my Facebook account and it will be marked public , cause usually I keep my post private. Also to the better business bureau because if this is not illegal it should be. Does anyone think this is fair? First person hung up on me before giving her name. The second says when it is turned over to corporate it is reviewed by like 3 different people, WHY? They admit you have over paid but still want to hold on to your money for months. I'm just having a hard time understanding this. As many people will probably not look at reviews for this company please share especially if you have had the same experience and as some of the post I have read seem to have received the same disrespect. I will be reporting to the BBB and social media so anyone that considers this company may want to consider how they treat their patients. Please share so this company rethinks it's rules. I'm sure they will post and say they can not respond for confidential reasons. That's because they want to dodge the issue. Okay I have given everyone a true update of our experience with this company. Just a heads up if you have money to throw away go for it but if you are insulted by someone's disrespect of you or your family then feel like to hand them the extra cash you have laying around. I may not be able to post here again because I suspect if possible I will be blocked. So please share and this is not the only social media to get the word out. Sorry to ramble but have waited quite a while since calling and asking twice and getting different answers from two different people. Good luck folks and hope you never need their services. This is an edited post so I will say I got the response I expected. Go to our website, fill out form and someone will contact you. I told them I would not be filling out forms dragging this out indefinitely. I have already spoken to two different people and just got the run around. I have no desire to talk to someone else that is going to be rude and act like I am doing something wrong just because I asked for the refund. I gave them information they need to send a refund out ASAP. Patient name, date of birth, day of procedure and mailing address. What else can they possibly need. They told us the day of surgery this was an estimate and if it was less than the amount paid we would get a refund. I guess they just forgot to tell us we were going to have to jump through hoops to get it back. Thanks for letting me vent. UPDATE! SURGERY DECEMBER 10TH AND STILL NO REFUND. IF YOU EVER GO TO THIS SURGERY CENTER I SUGGEST YOU CALL AND SPEAK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. SURGERY JULY 30TH. OVER PAID AND THEY ADMIT A CREDIT OF $114 AND STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN REFUND. HOW DO THEY GET BY WITH THIS. IT'S THE PRINCIPAL OF THE WHOLE THING. This is insane! Received refund today December 11th.

Over 3 hours of waiting past our appointment time just for a colonoscopy. ZERO excuse for it, do yourselves a favor and go somewhere that actually cares.

Front desk personnel are very unprofessional and rude. Demanded money even though my insurance was paying for all of it. We argued back and forth until she realized I was correct . All the area doctors who have invested in this center need to take a close look at it's operation.

I had my first colonoscopy yesterday at 37 years old, and was a little nervous before the procedure. The team at this place really makes you feel so comfortable, and can tell they care about each patient that walks through the door. Their very skilled at what they do, and to anyone like myself who might be nervous before their appointment there's really no need to be. They will take care of you!

The nurse that I dealt with when I was actually getting prepped for surgery was great, super sweet, comforting and understanding… but that’s where the good ends. The billing/front desk people were extremely rude and are still trying to overcharge me. I also called the place 4 times before my surgery, all to ask different questions to ease my nerves and so i would be adequately prepared. And whoever answers the phone here is the rudest, least empathetic, meanest, most hateful and unhelpful person I’ve ever talked to. She (if it even was the same person every time) was always super short with me, and very rude. She also lied to me about different things that I found out about when I was getting prepped for surgery. The evil vibes I got from the triage nurse were so bad I almost considered cancelling my surgery. And now these horrible people are coming after me for more money. Money I don’t owe them. Never go here if you have an option, this place is absolutely horrible besides that one stand out nurse I dealt with when prepping for surgery.
