Clarksville Ophthalmology, Dr Gannaway is a great ophthalmologist, he makes you feel important, always courteous, professional and a great surgeon. I had my first eye cataract surgery yesterday. I never felt any pain or discomfort. The whole staff at Clarksville Ophthalmology and the Clarksville Eye Surgery Center have such great personalities, courteous and professional to work with. Everyone takes their time to explain things clearly, so you understand and presents it to you in writing. Also, Joe the anesthesiologist knows how to make you feel comfortable, and confident in him. I love the background music they play in the office, relaxing, helps with a great attitude. Thank you I had my second eye cataract surgery, it went as perfect as the first. Dr Gannaway and staff are great.

Excellent experience all through the process from the front desk to the checkout. Excellent staff and doctors. Dr Fitch very professional and took the time to explain the process and procedures for my issue. Highly recommend using Clarksville Eye Surgery Center.

My mother just got screwed over because someone at the front desk does not know how to read an insurance card. If you can not do your job correctly then move out so that someone else can do it. Now you have put more stress on my mother who doesn't need it! I feel like you should be paying the bill on this visit. Oh and while you are at it, post the payment that she already made unless you put it in your pocket. One bad seed and make your whole company look like crap! FIX IT!
