Took my neighbor here today for a knee replacement. Staff was amazing. Even gave his pain meds to him a week ago so he could go straight home. Dr. Whitman was amazing

I went for surgery on an umbilical hernia. Dr. Ben Sharfstein, the nurse supervisor Leigh, my recovery nurse Pam & anesthesiologist Dr. Evans(I think was his name?) ... they were top notch!! Played me some good music while they were prepping me & that's about all I remember until waking up. The staff was very friendly & caring. Arrived at 11:35 for a 12:30 surgery, I remember waking up in recovery & they had brought my husband in. I had a great experience! I believe I was leaving the parking lot by 2:00pm. My husband even made a comment on how quickly and smoothly it all went. I am eager to see how my belly button heals and fingers crossed 🤞 it looks pretty again 🤣

Received my first bill in December and immediately set up a monthly payment plan. After 3 months of consistently paying they sent my bill to collections and did not notify me they were doing so. I have called the business office multiple times and no one will return my call. Really disappointing.

A friend of mine had an appointment scheduled at 8 AM. She arrived early but wasn't taken for the proceedure until 10 AM. When I called to find out what the hangup was... I got the typical answer the doctor was behind. U get their can be issues with procedures. My complaint is the patient isn't told what goes into the appointment on terms of time requirements which effect the driver...your appointment is at 8. You will be dressed in a gown... Additional history is taken. You are in a pre op holding area until the actual appointment time of 9. You may not go back for another hour or so depending... But the actual time communication is rarely explained so other people can have a life. By the way... The procedure went well
