Hard to imagine, but they made the colonoscopy actually pleasant! Everyone (Brenna, Joella especially) was so kind, capable and caring and the facility/environment was so efficient and comfortable that I’d give it ten stars. Dr Jones was great - explains everything so understandably and does everything he can to make you comfortable, both with the process and the outcome.

Brenna RN was amazing and explained everything in detail and answered my questions. Pete, who did the anesthesia, was great as well and explained things. Dr Kelts is always awesome, patient and caring. Definitely recommend for procedures.

Can't say enough great things about the Endoscopy Center! Everything from the star start of the process was well thought out and organized. The pre instructions were very detailed. Loved the patient tracking system for family. The nurses were so friendly and caring. The anesthesiologist and Doctor were so friendly and I feel horrible I cannot recall their names, they did a great job explaining the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. The aftercare was also phenomenal and detailed all the way down to the the little note attached to my discharge instructions stating that since I was given mild sedation I may not recall all the results the doctor told me following the procedure and that I may call the provided number to discuss the results. Overall, for the first time having a colonoscopy, I cannot recommend that anything be improved on. Keep up the great work!

Excellent care and compassion for my situation. When someone walked in while they were getting me in position they covered my bum up to be sure to protect my privacy. They were kind and caring! Everyone that worked with me was sincerely amazing! Nancy, Kacie (Katie?) and my nurse that went to lunch and my doctor were awesome!
