I arrived early for my appointment in November, checked in, and was seated. Everyone who arrived after me was called back to registration and went back for their procedure while I waited 50 minutes for registration and to be called for my procedure. I was asked to pay deductible/facility charge of $797 before receiving procedure. I paid the fee and was to be refunded after insurance paid fee. My insurance paid the fee in January. Here it is end of March and I am still waiting for refund from Wesmark Ambulatory Surgery. I am very disappointed with their registration and insurance policies. Also, please be careful to treat everyone fairly regardless of race, ethnicity and nationality. The procedure went very well, and I had a very caring nurse. Thank you! My grandson was supposed to have a procedure there they cancelled because his mom was not there it was a waste of time the head nurse called the shots on it I did not reschedule anything never do no business there

I had a preventative procedure at Wesmark yesterday and let me tell you the staff was AMAZING!!!! I have been very blessed and have only had babies and preventative surgeries so was very nervous!!! They were very efficient, kept me calm and had me laughing start to finish!!! See y’all in a few years again!!! Definitely wanted to send a shoutout to my AWESOME team of helpers yesterday!!! Could not have done it without your professionalism and being the BEST!!! Candie sutton made sure that I had top quality service. I went in for a retainer after having my braces removed this week. She made sure that my retainer fit comfortably. She is very passionate and I was very pleased after my appointment.

I recently had a colonoscopy here with Dr Angus and his team. I was very nervous about the procedure but I have to say the staff was very calm and friendly and efficient. Everyone treated me well and the parts of the experience that I remember were very pleasant. The worst part was the colon prep but unfortunately that comes with the territory so to speak and the staff here couldn't help that. 🤣
