Nurses Kathy, Crystal, Kelly, Mary, Savanna, and Kelly were all absolutely wonderful, well mannered and professional, Dr. Kobes is an incredible doctor, I trust him completely, all of them together made a stressful jarring situation feel more manageable without undue anxieties, I appreciate them and the work they do, I hope every one of them has a life of blessings.

Years of dealing with loved ones heath issues, I was so pleased with SR AMBULATORY CENTER. My older brother had kidney and bladder stones removed with kind, professional care of Dr. Smith who is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He takes his time, one on one, to address any issues. The facility is immaculate and the staff is so sweet and friendly, on top of their game with great care. We are grateful for the extraordinary treatment from Dr Smith and the staff at SRAC. Thank you so much for all your kindness.

Aug 15, 2025 I had a procedure done .All staff , doctor, nurses, were very professional, polite. After my procedure I was woke up by a very pleasant lady, Ms Mary B. My discharge nurse. She explained everything very well, took all time needed, no rushing and very caring. I must say this young lady had a great Personality for the busy job she performs everyday. Thank you Ms. Mary B. I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. I’ve worked in the hospital system and ambulatory surgical center environments for over 12 years. They didn’t sedate me all the way and missed the signs that I was waking up mid procedure. I woke up and tried to dislodge the scope, which I remember clearly. I warned them of this possibility as it also happened when I had another procedure about 10 years ago elsewhere. Then they gave me additional propofol once they realized I was awake and brought my blood pressure to below 60/40 by the time they rolled me into PACU. My husband is also an experienced RN and HAD TO ASK the pacu nurse for IV fluids to get my pressure up. They made me pay $350 over my deductible on the morning of my surgery or else they wouldn’t do the surgery. Their billing department is so horrific that I couldn’t get ahold of them personally for over 90 days to get an explanation. This was never resolved. Then they are saying I owed them another couple hundred and as I’m trying to pay the last of my bill, they keep telling me my payment is “voided” but haven’t reimbursed me and can’t give me an explanation as to why it never was received by them but was taken out of my bank account. Consider other options and don’t just accept the first place your provider tells you to go. They may have privileges elsewhere so be sure to shop around and pay attention. This was the result of my blind trust in the hospital system that not only provides my insurance, but is also my employer. Shame.

Everyone at ACS was wonderful during my surgery. They were safety, dignity, and comfort focused. They treated me so well and made sure I had everything I needed for a safe discharge. All of my nurses, from pre-op to post-op, truly represented the profession to its highest level, and I can’t thank them enough for helping me get through a scary day. The doctors were great, and I’m glad I had the surgery here.
