Above and beyond service. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Staff felt like family and everyone had your safety and health as number 1. Teresa at check in had a warm and welcoming personality, Craig made sure everything was safe and prep for my procedure with a great bedside manner and was funny as well. Haley was super sweet and positive personality. Jenne and Shannon were sweet warm and made me feel comfortable in the room for surgery. Barb and Michelle made sure I had everything I could need and felt warm on a cold day. Charlie was fantastic at explaining everything with my anesthesia and made me laugh. And Dr. Kodsi is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He cared so much about making me comfortable and relaxed and finding a solution to my issues. They all kept telling my mom I was in good hands and they will take good care of me and I believe they kept there word and beyond. This team worked more as family welcoming you into their home then just a surgery center. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone who is having issues and need answers. Everyone deserves a massive raise because they are so wonderful and I am grateful for how much they made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my procedure.

Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. They were so friendly and professional and put me at ease. I would 100% recommend this surgical center. I’m praying that this procedure helps but if I need to do this again there is no place else I would go and Dr. Mbuvah is just great in every way.

Just had hand surgery with Dr. Umpierrez and the Staff, including Teresa, Vicki, Jennifer S, Katie and Summer. All were amazingly professional and personable from start to finish. I had a local anesthesia so was awake for the procedure, and was able to ask questions which they answered and tell me what was going on. I felt totally safe and at ease during the procedure. I would give me highest recommendation for Dr Umpierrez, the Staff and the facilities at CMC Surgical Center.

I had three procedures completed here for the first time at this facility and was told I could review all at once. Each time everything went smoothly and very timely. I was checked in by pleasant, Teresa. My very efficient Pre-Op Nurses were Vicki, Michele, and Craig. In surgery, I was with the outstanding, Dr. Maybin who was assisted by Marnie from Radiology and the very kind Surgical Techs, Stacey and Jen E. Thank you ALL for taking such good care of me during these three procedures.

Check-in with Teresa was effortless. My Pre-Op RN was Craig and Michele(They were amazing). Vicki the OR RN was top-notch. My surgical tech(Jen F) and Post Op RN(Milur) was the best. The dealer with the Anesthesia(Susanne) was very precise(LoL). Last but not least, Dr. Yacavone made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. I hope to see this exact crew in 10 years!! 😀
