When you call to make an appointment or try request speaking with someone because they faxed the wrong prescription to the pharmacy you have to listen to a recording and leave a message. The recording states someone will return a call by 2pm the following business day. So far after 4 days no call backs. My wife is a patient of Dr Steven Poletti. He is a great doctor but his staff sucks in their duties. He needs better assistants. The institute has a whole has lost its human connection in communication and patient service.

Good Dr's, terrible customers service. I have called multiple times and sent in my medical release form to get my records released. I was told told they would sent them back to me by email. For records all they have is a voice mail you leave your information, no actual person to talk to. I have since left 4 messages trying to get these records and the new hospital here in AZ will not schedule me until the see my prior procedures. Before you go here try to find a place with better patient customer service.

This was my first visit to Southeastern Spine and my experience was very impressive. From sign in to all the staff was exceptional. All staff was very up beat, courteous and very eficiente . My visit with Dr Anderson was very informative and very easy to understand. I say all of this because this was a second opinion and I am so happy I found Southeastern.

I was so impressed with how wonderful the staff is. Dr Levin was honest, caring and very helpful. He listened and asked many questions and took his time with me in making decisions for less invasive treatment, but ultimately let me make the final decision. Going to try meds instead of injections that ultimately haven’t worked. Highly recommend SSI.
