On the day of the procedure and the nurse who set it up was fine and the staff were nice. After the procedure I have had zero contact, no calls or explanations of results. No answer on the phone or return calls. Two months later and I have no idea what my results mean. Other than being good friendly people my experiences with Prisma in general are terrible.

Very unprofessional had an appointment they didn’t ever call and cancel they just closed the office on the day of my appointment I was never informed and then acted like oh well

The office and staff are great, but billing is awful!. They have never sent a bill even after 6 months, so I had to start paying through my insurance app, since I did not want it to be late and is told me what I owed. They do not acknowledge my payments and I have called their billing office 8 times over the last 3 months and they never call back. The instead sent the bill I have paid to collections. My HSA company is not able to get in contact with them either. This is ridiculous!!! The office will not discuss anything and only tell me to call the billing number. I have resorted to calling the billing number every day for the past week and leaving my name and number.. still nothing.
