Had the best experience at the center. Everyone was incredibly friendly, super organized and very knowledgeable. The process is so streamlined that you don't even feel like you are waiting at all before your procedure. Would highly recommend! The fact that they followed up in the mail with a card wishing you a speedy recovery that was personally signed by all of the staff that you had engaged with during the process was just incredible to me.

This review is for all of the A ladies who helped me today! Yes, all of their names began with the letter A. They should be called the A+ staff! :) Ann, another Anne, Alicia, and thank you to Angela who saw us out in such a kind way! I know I am missing others names such as the cheerful and efficient front desk lady, and other staff including the anesthesiologist prep-even another A.) They were all professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Dr. Gilbreath is a stand out Doctor. You can just tell he is experienced and educated in his field. He has a fantastic bedside manner and temperament. He took the time to explain everything with photos. This place is run like a fine tuned machine! It makes you feel comfortable regarding scary procedures. It is also clean!!! Can’t say enough about my positive experience under the necessary circumstances .

I am a business-owner myself. When I walked into the Outpatient Surgery Center, I was greeted by two very polite ladies at the front desk. The facility was clean, lively, and very friendly. I was taken in for my procedure by someone who truly cared, and was so very nice. I sat in a comfortable room, always attended to, and watched as all the employees interacted with one another. Everyone here is happy, obviously friends with one another, and all of that just makes the patient feel so good. Bedside manner to the max! Plus, they have some pretty darned good docs too! An extraordinary experience! Shout outs to Heather, Jerry, Nikki, and Lindsay in particular!
