the handicapoed parking needs to be across from the front door not in accessable. the price quoted and the actual price was 300.00 higher. that hurt us financially. basic building maintenence hasnt been performed. they lost 700.00, billed and bilked us for the entire amount of the surgery. ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Husband arrived about 30 minutes early. Was not check in till I went up and asked, after waiting 45 minutes . From Noon to 2 pm sat in waiting room. Never called back till after 2 pm. Now got a call today. Time to be there on Monday . Asked what time his surgery would be , oh depends on people in the back , pre op etc. very UN professional. As a retired person in the medical field. I can not recommend this place. Should add I was suppose to have eye surgery there as well. I canceled.

Awful. Completely awful. I called the day before surgery because I knew we'd prob have a deposit. No one had called me. Turned out the deposit was big and had to be paid the day of surgery. Get to the pre-op and they have my daughter listed for a surgery on her consent that she wasn't even there for. But WORST of all she woke up in recovery scared to death (she's 5) because mommy and daddy weren't there and did not get ANY pain control before we left the building. So after a tonsillectomy we had a 30 minute drive home with her in tears and so much pain until we could get home to her prescribed medicines. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Will advise my family and friends not to use them-and the place is far from clean. It needs to be taken over by a hospital system to maintain. It's nasty and so outdated.

Wife had eye surgery here. Arrived at 1:00 to an almost full waiting room. About an hour later they began calling patients up for their surgery. The wife was the last patient seen but the procedure only took an hour and fifteen minutes until they called me to bring the car up to the exit door. She said all went well and there was no pain. The staff was courteous and helpful. There is free coffee but no water. The one restroom is located in the hallway through the door to the left of the reception window.
