This was my first colonoscopy and I was very nervous! Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, and the Dr were all reassuring and kind. Dr Kim was great! She took the time before the procedure to explain everything and listen to my concerns. The nurses after the procedure were great as well giving me extra time to wake up. I would highly recommend Endoscopy Center and Dr Kim!

Dr. Kim is very professional and amazing at what she does. All of the doctors see her. I feel safe in knowing that if anything is there to find, she will see it. Also, the place where my colonoscopy was done is amazing. The people were wonderful and made sure that I was comfortable. Great experience all around!

I would recommend Endoscopy Center of the Upstate to anyone looking for exceptional service and care. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with absolute kindness. Throughout the prep and procedure I was treated with the upmost care and they did everything to make me feel like I was in great hands. Dr. Saha and her team was so thorough and kind. They made sure I understood everything and went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. They are very much appreciated.

Yes, I would be happy to! First of all, the receptionist at the front desk was super nice and very personable! But when I was received in the prep room, the atmosphere was cold, and I don't mean temperature wise. To be in such a vunerable state as I was, I was expecting the attendant to be somewhat jovial and personable as well. Her personality revealed to me that she was there to do her job and that's it. She didn't smile or seem to want to engage as I talked to her and asked questions. Then after the procedure, while in recovery, I experienced excruciating pain(was told it was from all the air they pumped into my colon). I could not get comfortable and all I and my husband could hear the attending nurse say was, you're ok, you're ok, and it felt like she was rushing me to get dressed and get out of there as soon as possible. She did not give me time to recover as I needed to before she was telling my husband to go get the car. I left there feeling like I had just gone to a clinic in a back alley to have my procedure done! I thought, surely someone would have called to check to see how I was feeling as a common courtesy after all the pain they saw me in. But no one called! Yes, I saved money, lots of it by going to the center, I even paid out of pocket. I guess the old addage is true, you get what you pay for. If you're wanting to know how you can improve your services, I hope I just gave you a few ideas! Michele Tucker

I was treated nicely in the waiting area and in the operating area. Additionally, I was SO PLEASED with the CONSIDERATE way they treated my Aunt who transported me. They made her feel VERY COMFORTABLE and welcome, and immediately brought her back to my side in recovery. *The anesthesiologist, Kathy, was totally competent and explained everything very well. *My Doctor, Jones, was so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my health and recovery.* The only negative interaction, which was at a time of need, was with the final nurse assigned to me. She took care of me as I was recovering from the anesthesia, and who was there to release me. She was so quick/sharp talking to me, not answering my question, and hurried me to get in the wheelchair and out of there.
