Don't trust what they tell you about billing. When I arrived at the clinic I was asked to make a payment and was told that it would be the only payment I would have to make throughout the entire process. I paid it. Then a few weeks later, surprise, an additional bill arrived in the mail. After literally months of leaving voicemails and getting no response, I finally spoke to a "manager" who explained that the clinic charges some amounts and the doctors charge others and that the person who told me that I'd only pay one bill worked for the clinic and not for the doctor. The manager said that the person with whom I spoke likely was not authorized to make such sweeping statements and that her purview extended only to the clinic's billing, not the doctor's. So, in the end, despite being told that the payment I made at the clinic would be the only payment I would have to make, I made another payment. I, for one, do not think that patients should be required to understand the byzantine corporate structure of America's healthcare system and would prefer simply to be able to trust what we're told with regard to billing. As it stands, going forward, I will document and question everything I'm told with regard to billing although, with the ability of these for-profit healthcare companies to impact patients' credit reports, there isn't much to be done except leave negative reviews such as this one.

Required almost $3,000 up front and would not do the surgery without upfront payment. When I explained that would be difficult I was told I could use a crefit card. I was told they didn't accept monthly payments, had no financial assistance, and they wouldn't do the procedure without the up front payment. My surgery was 2 hours late with no explanation until I asked. While I waited there was an ex-employee hanging out in the recovery area visiting her old colleagues. Nurses stood around on their phones chatting. When I was in recovery I was forced awake, forced to drink juice and was rushed. I could hear the nurses talking about how once I left they could go. I was dizzy, throwing up, and couldn't even stand but I was forced out the door. I was given a kidney pan, and was told that people rarely throw up after the anesthesia, but no checks were done to make sure I was okay. I ended up nauseas and vomiting for hours. Since my Dr works with this surgery center, I'm going to be looking for a new urologist.

My wife had a procedure done today. I can't say enough about the wonderful care she received. From check - in to discharge it was seamless. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and very efficient. We were already impressed by her doctor but the care given here was wonderful in addition.

Had a procedure done this morning. Doctor was running late because he was called out for an emergency. I can honestly say these folks are top notch! They answered all my questions and were wonderful. Thank you Claire, Derek, Dr. Ferraro, and the rest of the great people who were there. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and highly recommend them!

I recently had a procedure done there last Friday. The care I received was absolute fantastic. From the minute I walked in to check in until I left 4 hours later everything was spot on. Facility extremely clean and they answered all my concerns with compassion and a caring attitude. My nurse Brenda was excellent and my surgeon was outanding. Would gladly do procedures there and gladly give a 10 stars if I could.
