I (aka Lisa McAdoo) recently underwent my third surgery with Dr. Thomas Gross on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, for a right knee replacement at 1:30 PM, and I am once again blown away by his exceptional expertise, care, and precision. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of having Dr. Gross perform my right hip resurfacing surgery in April 2022, my left knee replacement on December 7, 2023, and now this latest procedure. Dr. Gross truly stands out as a master in his field. His use of state-of-the-art materials and advanced techniques consistently ensures optimal outcomes. For this most recent surgery, the attention to detail was evident in every aspect—from the low blood loss to the seamless alignment and patella tracking. It’s clear that he is not only skilled but also deeply committed to using the best practices to provide the best possible care for his patients. Beyond his technical expertise, Dr. Gross and his team foster an environment of confidence, compassion, and professionalism. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure and ensured I felt comfortable and informed at every stage of my surgical journey. Each recovery has been smoother than I could have imagined, and I have full confidence in the long-term success of these procedures. If you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon who combines world-class skills with genuine care for his patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Thomas Gross highly enough. Thank you, Dr. Gross, for restoring my mobility and significantly improving my quality of life!

I had surgery today on my neck. I can’t lie ,but I was extremely nervous. All the staff that interacted with me was awesome. I have zero complaints. They all had a great sense of humor to ease my anxiety, but all around super friendly folks. Dr. Lamotta was great as well. I felt super comfortable with him. Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff that made my surgery much more pleasant,y’all are great and thank you.

I recently had out patient back surgery at this facility. All I can say is WOW! Was I impressed. My two nurses Candice and Ashley tended to all my needs before and after surgery. They totally explained all my medications before I took them and explained how they would affect me. Dr. Molloy is thee best surgeon ever! He took his time at my bedside to make sure that I was comfortable with the procedure. Dr.Molloy even spent time with my wife after surgery to reassure her that all went well. This outpatient facility is tops with the amazing level of care that they provided to me! Thanks soooo much to the entire staff including those in the operating room. You all are the best ever!

Frozen shoulder....fixed...!! Success took several months, but, definite, objective fix to the problem. I was experiencing near constant pain in my shoulder and could not lift my hand/arm over my head. I could not rotate my arm elbow sufficiently to play violin at all. After consult with doctor there, regular home exercises over several months and weekly visits to their physical therapy clinic, my shoulder showed signs of improvement. First, I could reach two of the strings on the violin. Then, a few weeks later, I could reach all four strings. Now, months later, I can play quite comfortably, normally, effectively. The constant pain is long gone. I can reach quite normally high over my head in full, normal range of motion. The doctor on staff there, at the beginning, ...firmly... straightened me out on some misconceptions into which I had fallen. I appreciate a "firm hand" from a professional when a client like myself has "gone off the rails"!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, only down side was surgeries were backed up so had to wait like an hour after arrival time. Which I was just hangry because it was after lunch and no water or food since night before. Was nervous, 1st ever surgical procedure, capital tunnel release. Once I got to the back, everyone was very nice, explained everything, asked if I had questions. Everything moved along swiftly from then on and before I knew it I was back in recovery. Recovery nurse was very nice and attentive giving me something to drink and some crackers to snack on. I would come back here to do my left side, definitely.
