Returned for left eye surgery 5/14/24 and had the pleasant experience of meeting and being cared for by Ms. Allison in pre- op. She was extremely nice, answered all my questions, & continually checked in on myself. A Good person who took time from her busy job duties to deal with my questions. I do feel in pre-op the nurses are overworked due to the amount of surgeries scheduled each day. After surgery I later returned, w/o appt., with certain concerns and asked to speak with her for answers. The front staff was nice enough to attempt to interrupt Ms. Allisons schedule and she came out on her busy day, once again, to answer my concerns. She has gone far and beyond for a patient, and for that I thank her for all her advice. Jeff Green

Excellent care. All personnel was courteous, pleasant and professional. Procedure was fully explained and information on file for payment of services. Preprocedure workup was conducted and very thorough, including a phone call a week before procedure. Post op instructions clear and nurse knowledgeable. Physician, Dr. Haguewood. I would recommend this facility based comments previously mentioned. The procedure was completed without any complications, which acquired April 9th and May 7, 2024

I was nervous,³ and didn't know what to expect when I was told I needed cataract surgery. Dr. Haguewood and his staff, nurses they all really took good care of me and walked me through everything. I especially would like to thank the nurse that took care and prepped me she was really great.

Took my mother in for her one eye surgery today. They had us arrive at 9:15 and just now she got called back at 11:15. Questioned the front desk folks as to why we have an appointment time and clearly intending to make us wait for 2 hours before she would be called back. Well they just “smirk” and say “its surgery”. Two or three other folks heard me and started to question and speak up, and thereafter complain as to why they were told to be here 2 hours prior…obviously folks were getting pretty upset. This was uncalled for and unacceptable in terms of quality customer service. WE the “customers” need to question this and I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place will not be my first choice!!
