I have been a Charleston ENT patient for many years. 5/6 surgeries done through them. Dr. Norton is the best of the best! This was my first experience with the new facility. It is very nice. Looks just like the connected office next door with the decor. Very clean. Staff were very friendly. I did not have to sit and go through insurance paperwork like I usually did with the facility in Beaufort. That was kind of weird to me but as long as everything is good to go I like not having to sit down and discuss the financials! Nice set up of waiting rooms for those waiting to go into surgery. I do not know what anything looked like when I left because I was still pretty out of it. They did get me out of bed faster than I expected but my husband actually said that was me who was rushing lol! I do not have any complaints to tell. I did not experience anything “bad.” If I did give a suggestion it would be to call patients the evening after or day after procedures. I received my surgery on a Thursday and received a check in call from the surgery center on Monday. I am used to receiving a call sooner than that. But not a big deal for my case since everything was fine. It just seems more caring and personalized when the call comes in sooner. I enjoyed my stay and hope I do not have to return for a while!
