My 3 year old had dental surgery done with crowns not aligned to other crowns (back ones) and she was in so much pain and still has pain each time I brush or floss…!!! And it has been months. Our dentist said they haven’t seen that before and if we want them fixed - then we would have to go back, but poor thing, she is not going back there or getting sedated by that place again!!! Oh and I forgot to mention, when we came at 8AM -scheduled surgery, they double booked us and we had to wait couple hours until they do another surgery while my little one couldn’t eat or drink until 11am… seriously!?!?!?? This is a torture place. Please don’t take your child in here!!!!
recommended my son have tonsils removed bc they're large when a quick google search says it's normal for kids to have large tonsils and not to remove them unless they're causing issues. MONEY HUNGRY!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE FOR DENTAL SURGERY!! I could hear my 5 year old screaming from the lobby in pain after his procedure and they did NOTHING!! He was hurting so bad and still is, I am taking him to the childrens hospital. At 5 years old he is asking me to call 911 and in so much pain he is inconsolable!! Nurse that cared for him after surgery was horrible! He was bawled up in a chair on his hands and knees rocking and screaming when I got to him and she just watched!! Highly recommend avoiding this chop shop and having this done at Greenville memorial children’s hospital!!
Today Dr. Salley removed my daughter's tonsils and adenoids. She is 17 and has had a traumatic experience in the past with surgery so she was terrified. Our visit was greeted by the nicest receptionist who was very warm and so helpful. Our nurse, Austin, was the best nurse we have ever had! She made conversation with us and even gave her a hug on the way out! She was the BEST!! Every single person we came in contact with was smiling and seemed to be really enjoying their job! This lightens the mood so much for families. We were in and out in 2 hrs! This was the best experience I have ever had with an entire medical staff from start to finish! I would highly recommend this surgery center and Dr. Salley!
My 6 year old daughter had to have serious dental work done and I'm telling you this... The anesthesiologist was AMAZING!! He was very kind and caring with her. Made her feel very comfortable and the doctor that did the surgery was the same. I'd recommend anyone to this place whether for eye, ear, throat. Every single doctor or nurse we met was very gentle, kind, caring, and understanding of my child's fears and needs. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people who work there.
