Dr. Shakti Rau, Vikky, and the receptionists were amazing. I had a large bump in the middle of my back that was painful and discolored. I was very concerned that it was cancerous because my sister passed from cancer that started also on her back. I always show up early to my appointments. I was barely sitting for 5 Min and was immediately seen. Dr. Rau looked at my back and stated that it didn’t look concerning but will still remove it just in case it was cancerous and because this bump kept coming back. She eased my mind and treated me like a person and not a patient. Vikki was also incredibly friendly and seems like she really enjoys her job. Both were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was in and out of the office in no time, a few weeks later, I went in for my procedure. Again I was barely sitting for 5 min in the waiting area, they prepped me for surgery, and they removed the cyst. This was such a positive experience from beginning to end. Dr. Shakti Rau Is an incredible doctor with an incredible team. If you have and general surgical needs you must go to Kent hospital to see them.
