Had a Total Knee Replacement today at OrthoRI in Warwick. Awesome Professionalism from the entire staff. In particular, my RN that did my preparation , the RN that helped me when I came out of the anesthesia, VJ the anesthesiologist was great, and the last RN that helped get he my lunch, 3 coffees, and went over the paperwork, as well as getting me in my vehicle to go home in. Also would like to add Tracy the director of Physical Therapy at OrthoRI, redeemed her department from the way Max treated me. Ty everyone.!
