I dont usually write reviews. I was most impressed with my cataract surgery this week here. The place runs like clockwork! All the staff were fantastic! It's very professional yet maintains high quality personable care. I want to thank Valerie for showing me a fool proof way of using eye drops and for her sweet and happy demeanor. I want to thank Summer for her tender care and for loving where she works for how it works so well, and for working to grow in her field there. I want to thank all of you who assisted in my care tho I didn't get your name. I want to thank MS Dr. Graise for her surgery to restore my vision and all of her exceptional team. I highly recommend Koch Eye and St James surgery Center. Thank you!

I took my wife up for surgery at 9:30am. When we arrived they said it would be a two hour wait until she was released. Her appointment was for 10am. She was taken in at approximately 10:50am. She was not released until 11:50am. All the other people coming in to have procedures done while I was waiting at 11:30am were now being told it would be three hours. The waiting room was almost full at the time. Something needs to be changed especially for people who travel like us from Westerly which is a 35 minute drive or more pending traffic on interstate 95.

Their staff drives recklessly through the parking lot every morning. I would never trust anyone so inconsiderate to take care of me or any of my loved ones. Learn to represent your business better.

6 Stars! The professionalism and kindness of the staff was amazing. I couldn't have had a better experience. I will be returning in a few days to do my second eye. After the first one I couldn't be more at ease and confident to complete my second eye. Zero anxiety. The level of care was off the charts. Thank you so much.

My wife recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Sayegh and staff were fantastic! My sister in law went through the same procedures. All perfect in every way! Really life changing. So appreciative to Koch Eye and St James Surgery Center. Thank you for all the good you do and we will always be greatful!! Juanita and Harriett from Cape Cod.
