What a horrible experience! I was with my grandmother, who is a kidney patient, for almost the entire day. My grandmother was already dizzy, and every time I asked a question, they gave me a different answer. There's zero consideration for the elderly here. My recommendation is to schedule your appointment for 8:00 am; maybe they'll see you then, even if it's at 12:00 pm. One appointment that was at 10:30 am ended at 5:00 pm, and my grandmother still hadn't been seen. Terrible service.
Incorrect location
There's absolutely no consideration for the patients at this place. They give patients appointments for 10:00 AM, requiring them to be fasting, and most have to wait all day, hungry, to see the doctor. And there's only one doctor. It's an outrage for dialysis patients to be there all day without food, waiting for the doctor to decide when they feel like seeing them. If they can't see all the patients on the same day, they should be organized and not give appointments to 40 patients if they know they'll end up seeing them after hours of work. My mother arrived yesterday before 10:00 AM and left at 9:00 PM. It's an outrage for dialysis patients. Today my mother is tired and has dialysis early. I don't recommend this place to any dialysis patient. If you can find another place, I urge you to do so.
Although I had to give one star to post the review, this place in Juana DÃaz gets ZERO stars!!! Yesterday, my mom, who has dialysis three times a week, had an appointment at this place in Juana DÃaz for an angioplasty at 10:00 AM, on an empty stomach!!! She wasn't seen until almost 6:00 PM, without having eaten anything, and then had to go back to the hospital today for dialysis. I think it's disrespectful to schedule so many appointments in one day, while the doctor is making good money with all those patients, and they're disrespecting them by making them wait 8 hours or more! If they can't see people at their appointment time, they shouldn't schedule so many appointments in one day! People have lives, responsibilities, and things to do. Such a simple procedure shouldn't require scheduling an appointment at 10:00 AM and leaving after 8:00 PM! Get organized and schedule appointments for people you can see that day at the time you tell them, because this is an abuse and unnecessary, just because you want to rake in money, that's my opinion! This is the worst place anyone could go to have any kind of procedure done.
