Edit: I received a call back from Harry. Very nice gentleman to deal with! Was understanding and apologetic! I truly believe he will fix some of the issues I had stated and won’t be a problem for others. I have my appointment rescheduled. Thanks Harry! If I could put a zero I would! Scheduled my procedure month and half out. Lady called me 2.5 weeks before procedure telling me I had to pay over $1900 that day and if I didn’t they would cancel my appointment! Who does that! They canceled it because I refused to pay for a procedure that wasn’t happening for another 2 weeks. I have no problem paying the day of before the procedure.

I just love Dr Edwards and ALL of the staff at this facility on both sides . The surgery center and the Doctor side. ALL of the staff from front end to the appointment side. All of the nursing staff. I have Never had any complaints only compliments for everyone!! I've had a few procedures there and never any issues!! I just cannot say enough how impressed I am with everyone at Berks Urology!! I want to thank everyone that I have ever had contact with for being so understanding and pleasant to me. Thank you so much!

Awful experience. I used this facility for a vasectomy. The procedure was brutal. I was screaming in pain because the medication wasn’t working, but the doctor still continued. I had to order an uber home from surgery because I wasn’t told I needed a ride. I was told that dissolving stitches were used, but this was not the case. I had to remove the stitches myself when they didn’t dissolve after a month. I had pain for 4 weeks after the surgery, and I’m still experiencing discomfort more than 4 months later. I recently went back to have them check on my discomfort, and I was told that this type of lingering pain is not uncommon after a vasectomy. I was not told this before the procedure. Avoid these doctors at all costs lest they maim your body and leave you with permanent damage.
