The receptionist at the surgery center-(short brown hair) is by far the rudest patient facing employee I have ever dealt with in my life. Had a pretty simple question and she went unhinged. Complete attitude and was unwilling to help. You should consider who you have be the voice of your company. She is not it.

Had my first cataract surgery on my left eye last Thursday December 5th 2024 and just had my Right eye cataract surgery today December 10th 2024 I had a Great experience from the time I registered to pre op to post op all the Nurses and OR Nurses and Dr Phillips I really had Great Care. Thank you Dr Phillips for getting my vision so much better so happy to be able to see stuff that I couldn't before. Thank you Teresa Ferraro

The entire process at center was efficient and friendly. Nice and knoweledgeable employees at check in, very helpful preoperative nurse and anasthetis. My surgeon Cari Lyle is winderful!

OVERWEIGHT PATIENTS BEWARE!!! They cancelled my surgery last minute because of my weight. I now need to travel an additional hour away and wait 3 weeks for my carpal tunnel release surgery at a different facility with a different doctor. Administration would not reconsider, even though my surgeon was more than willing to do my surgery.

Super-nice people. Not the greatest waiting area, so I stood in the hall, but overall a relatively quick process (just over three hours) and a caring, professional staff.
