I'm a newcomer to this surgical center and I'm scheduled for my first outpatient procedure this week. I communicated several times with one of the associates, Margo. Many issues were occurring when I initially spoke with Margo that was causing me great anxiety!! Margo was super! She was professional, friendly, compassionate, patient and extremely personable. Margo exceeded all of my expectations with a few simple phone calls. I manage an in-home care agency and I pride myself on these same qualities as this attitude goes such a long way. Unfortunately, due to my current health condition, I've been forced to see many health care professionals over the past several years. Finding warm and compassionate individuals, such as Margo are so very difficult to find. Again, I've not yet had my surgery yet, but Margo has set the bar really high for the rest of this group. I'm confident I will be in great hands and will update my review after my surgery. Many people only post negative reviews when things go wrong and I agree they should; however, I like to be sure to share "positive" feedback when it applies as well.

We did not feel like “cattle” as we felt at the last eye place. The staff also here are or appear to care about the patients and did not hustle them off to the next professional.
