I was explained about the procedure and prepared me for it. Post endoscopy they explained the findings and all my questions were answered.

Everyone was very professional, and treated me with the best of care. I left feeling that I had been in very capable hands. All my questions were answered and the post procedure instructions were printed out along with explanations for any conditions that were found during the procedure. They called the next day to make sure I was feeling ok and also made a follow up call a few days later. Overall a very positive experience from everyone that I came in contact with.

Although the preparation leading up to the procedure was awful (not their fault and standard practice) - once I arrived everything went smoothly and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was super nice, accommodating and all my questions were answered.
