I have been calling them each day for almost two weeks now trying to speak to a human being about my care. I have left numerous messages including about 6-7 messages with the "practice manager". No one has returned my call. You would think that the "practice manager" would make a point of ensuring each patient (read CUSTOMER) is treated with dignity, respect, and care. However, that is not the message I am getting from this office. In my almost 60 years on this planet, I have never had a doctor's office that just refused to answer the phone with a live human being nor have I had a situation where I have left messages and no one called me back. This is disgraceful...

Both Dr Merriam and the PA Amanda were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and took the time needed to answer any questions/concerns. I highly recommend the practice.

Amanda was the best. She tells you how it is and she is right on the money. I saw her twice in the last week and she handled the 2 procedures I was dreading the most I am not the best patient but Amanda was so professional it made everything totally bearable and very manageable. 5 stars for sure!!!!!
