I had my colonoscopy today at McCandless Endoscopy Center, and I can’t speak highly enough about the entire experience. From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Pam, Danielle, Ron, Natalie, and Dr. Weaver — each played a vital role in making the process seamless and reassuring. Their attention to detail, warm demeanor, and clear communication made me feel genuinely safe and well cared for throughout. Medical procedures can often be anxiety-inducing, but this team turned it into an experience marked by comfort, trust, and compassion. Thank you all for your exceptional service!

I had a colonoscopy last week performed by Dr Raktima Goswami. She had excellent communication skills, was very patient, and procedure went very well. Impressed with the color photos and detailed report given to me when I left. I also want to give a shout out to Jennifer and the entire staff for the amazing job they do there.

I had a really great experience here for a procedure. From the front desk staff to the nurse walking me to the car after my procedure. Very quick and efficient procedure and kind staff all around!! Thank you to Catherine for bumping up my procedure time due to a cancellation as well!! You saved me!!!

My experience overall was pretty good. My doctor was great and the nurse and anesthesiologist were both very nice. My issue was with the nurse I dealt with while coming out of the anesthesia. I warned them going into the procedure that when I awake from anesthesia I remember nothing and I am often very silly and can sometimes swear. My first lucid memory coming out of anesthesia was the nurse yelling at me and chastising me for swearing. Duh, I warned you. Great way to make a person feel secure as they are waking up. In previous procedures, at other facilities, staff laughed my antics off and it probably became a funny story to tell at the dinner table that evening. At this facility the guy was going on and on about it being a family environment. Sorry, I didn't see any families there waiting to have their fun filled family time colonoscopy. Maybe show a bit more compassion and understanding.
