The nurse director Diane is the most condescending, rude nurse I’ve ever experienced. We have every right to ask what was taking so long to be taken back for surgery, after being there for a hour and a half. Like our time don’t matter. I’m in the business and never experienced a more miserable nurse in my life. Wasn’t just us, everyone she came out and spoke to she was rude. No patients, no money and you close down. Just remember that Diane.

Worse place ever had my mom scheduled for a colonoscopy she could not eat for 2 days when we get there they told her it would be a 2 hour process then 20 min later come out and tell her the doc is running an extra 2 hours behind on top of the two hour procedure there rude my mom is hungry thirsty and tired they don’t care there totally Un professional and rude go elsewhere it’s for your own good
