Giving 2 stars because the nurse I had, Megan I believe, is amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the entire practice. The building and patient rooms are outdated like they have not been touched since the 70s and have the creepiest vibes. They made me do FULL body photography to check for cancer spots when I simply came in to get something taken off and acne advice. I spent around 2.5 painful hours there during my visit. Between the visit itself, and the labs they sent my samples to it cost me around $800 for this visit, with insurance. I will not be back and would not reccomend this place.

I am very content with how the procedure went and the care I received. Although I am terrified of needles, the entire staff made me extremely comfortable. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had at a doctors office.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes only to walk out. I had other appointments and commitments that I had to make. Other patients were waiting just as long as I was. Even if I decided to stay, I was getting hungry because the wait was cutting into my dinner time. I'm sure if I didn't walk out, my office plants would eventually die off from lack of water due to me still having to wait.

You guys would get a goose egg review if I could. I did not see a Dr. here. I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and there were people who sat there longer. I eventually got up and left. Those in the waiting room said this is normal for this practice. I can't believe people return here regularly. The doctors could be great (I wouldn't know), but they are responsible for how the office runs. I find it to be incredibly disrespectful to waste people's time like this. They either need to take in less patients or stick to their appointment times. If you're always 2 hours late, just tell people to come in 2 hours after their appointment. I took a day off work for this appointment. That costs me money. Still worth it to walk out on these people. It would be the same story every appointment.
