Went and had an aqua ablation today surgery the staff in surgical center could not be any more accommodating did a fabulous job. their facility the nurses were outstanding. Explained everything and kept me very comfortable

Nice, clean, friendly professional atmosphere. The staff here were very knowledgeable about their procedure. Bedside manner and empathy went a long way to make me feel comfortable. Very clean atmosphere staff was very attentive. Timing was prompt for procedure.

My surgery went very well and recovery was positive. Bed side manner was amazing and they even talked me through my panic disorder and asthma. My issue is with billing, they want the bill settled in 6 months. I dont have a spare $450 a month to give. I barely have $50 to pay towards the bill. No one ever called me back for a payment plan. So I'm just sending $50 till they either send it to collections or its paid off.

I arrived today, 9/25/25, for my ACL revision reconstruction surgery with meniscus repair, this was done with Dr. Kevin Freedman at Rothman. The anesthesiologist and the anesthesiologist nurse were incredibly friendly and calming. They took my anxiety away literally with comfort and with medication LOL! But they were the best, the nurses were all incredible and super friendly, they dealt with my ridiculous anxiety and kept me feeling comfy by chatting with me. My surgeon was Dr. Freedman. My anesthesiologist was Dr. Flynn, my anesthesiologist nurse was Nick, my pre op nurse was Gerri, my operating room nurse was Denise, my surgical tech was Morgan, my post op nurse was Katie, and my patient care tech was Kizzy/Crystal. Every single one of them were fantastic. My care team was the absolute best! I was so lucky to have them. I was truly in the best hands. The intake lady Pam was so so nice as well. And Kim called me the day before to give me instructions and time to arrive - she was also so friendly! I can’t recommend Riddle Surgical Center enough. This was an absolutely great experience for my surgery, it was quick, professional, clean, they kept me calm and comfortable and discharged me when I was ready. I have minimal pain, and I feel silly for having pre surgery anxiety, especially for how well they all took care of me. I had a great experience and highly recommend Riddle Surgical Center!

I highly recommend this surgical center! On May 13, 2024, I had an outpatient procedure at Riddle Surgical Center. I was anxious upon arrival and the intake receptionists were patient, calm, and communicative. I quickly became more settled as I interacted with the pre-op nurses: Shannon, Patty, and Crystal, who cared for me with compassion, consideration, and dignity. I am already confident in my doctor/ surgeon, Dr. Lupo, and the interaction and communication with her and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Jennifer Smith and her CRNP Bernadette to accomodate my request to have an alternative plan to general anesthesia affirmed my confidence in her and this team. The OR nurse, Bridget, was kind and confident in her demeanor, helping to put me at ease as she wheeled me into the OR and helped get me moved and settled onto the bed. As I awoke on my way to the recovery, nurses Chris and Karen were supportive in my desire to quickly be discharged and clearly communicated the steps I needed to complete to be sent on my way so I could go home and nap and recover in the comfort of my own bed. The Riddle Surgical Center worked as a well-oiled machine supporting 10 ORs with about 24 recovery rooms. It was impressive to observe.
