Love waiting an hour to be seen only to be heard, diagnosed and given the most basic Occam’s razor based treatment within 6 minutes and sent on my way… The staff are very passive aggressive. I’m not the usual age of their patients (30), and watching the way they speak to those older men and women was unsettling. Their tone is clipped and stern, like they’re speaking to children, but wrapped in a thin layer of forced politeness that doesn’t quite hide the irritation underneath. One patients peeped it and asked for her name. You knew she was gonna file a complaint. Even calling to get an appointment was frustrating. I was trying to schedule with a urologist, but I had to sit there and give my entire life story so they could decide whether they were actually going to give me an appointment. Then, while I was in the waiting room, staff kept walking back and forth between the checkout and check in areas. They passed so close that it felt like they might knock into me with their elbows, without saying excuse me or even acknowledging my presence. And she knew she was doing it to, she just didn’t care. I felt the woman brush past me without looking twice. I was so close to pushing her out of my face…It was incredibly inconsiderate. I will not be coming back.

Excellent service, Dr O’Brien has been great managing my men’s health. And her staff are very attentive and nice. I highly recommend this practice.

Although I have not been to this office yet, when filling out my information on line, I noticed that there is a cancellation fee if you do not give them 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. I do not agree with this policy. Things sometimes happen without 48 hrs notice to people and is apparently up to their discretion if you would be charged or not , depending on your situation I’m guessing. Will be looking for another Dr. office.
