I had a procedure here this morning and they are excellent. From check-in, to procedure, check-out - they all explain what's going on and what to expect, even telling me what door the nurse will call me in through. The nurses, staff, doctors are all so concerned for their patients and it shows in every interaction. When I asked the check-in woman how long for my wife to wait, she gave me a time instead of saying - who really knows? Which I've heard at other medical sites. I cannot rate them high enough and encourage others to schedule their procedures/surgeries here - you will not be disappointed. It seems there's something in the water here that makes them all genuinely concerned with others. Wonderful!

My daughter got dental surgery here and Dr Kearns & the nurse she had (my daughter called her the tooth fairy) treated her amazing and gave her the most comfortable and fun experience possible! Shes still talking about decorating her face mask and smelling the cotton candy chapstick hours later! Completely satisfied with our experience here!

Recently got my tonsils taken out and the nurses and doctor took great care of me. I wish I knew their names but I wasn’t there mentally to remember. The sweet lady that did my IV had long red hair and talked to me about military stuff (I’m in the military), which talking to her helped relax me so I wasn’t as nervous. The male nurse when I woke up was also very friendly. Overall great experience, the staff is amazing.

Was referred by Carlisle ER and when I called this morning around 10 the lady was very very rude from the beginning of the phone call to the end. When not sure what exact insurance I had (but I have the id number) the lady started shouting on the phone and declared she was not going to help me any further because I was not sure of my insurance. 0/10 do not recommend

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Prior to using this group I checked with my insurance company and they verified my procedure was covered with the doctor, facility and anesthesiologist. The doctor botched my colonoscopy so bad I was left with severe pain in my lower left quadrant and leaky bowels. I actually woke up during the procedure because the anesthetist, I must assume, was not on top of his game. Then there billing department did not code the procedure properly and our BC/BS denied a portion because of incorrect coding. West Shore even admitted to the incorrect coding but never did anything about it. We sent letters, made call and never got a response from these people. Now 2 1/2 years later I am turned over to a collection agency. As far as my condition I had 24" of my colon removed by a qualified colon surgeon, not from West Shore Surgery Center. If you must use these people require that your procedure is done in a hospital as the doctor who worked on me was a co-owner of West Shore Surgery Center and makes more money doing it a facility he owns. Be leary of this group! I would never use them again nor in good faith could I ever recommend them either. To be fair, after my ire cooled down, my wife called West Shore Surgery Center and spoke with the office manager who told us that this matter was settled and it never should have gone for collection. So I am hoping the collection company is notified of this ASAP so my credit is not adversely affected!
