I had hopes of gaining some relief from chronic pain. The PA-C, David Hallock, comes in the exam room and the first thing out of his mouth is "You know we only do injections here." Well no, I did not know that or I would not have wasted my time and energy on an appointment. This is not what their web page indicates. He simply blew me off and said come back when you are ready for an epidural. This guy had zero bedside manner and exhibited no concern for my issues. It goes without saying that I will not be going back to this so called "Pain Management Center". What a joke!

I had a great experience! It started before I even entered the office, the call to schedule based on the referral was exactly as you could hope it would be. When I arrived I was met by Kay, I don't want to minimize how wonderful the entire team was as they were all great but Kay was amazing! She was kind, compassionate and friendly. She has the perfect personality for working in an area where people are hurting and I cannot say enough nice things about her. The rest of my appointment went well and I was happy with how I was treated by the entire staff I came into contact with. I will say, I was not taken back exactly on time, but I also didn't feel rushed during my appointment, I felt listened to. While of course we all wish everything ran like clock work, I will take a delay in being seen knowing that it is because the staff is listening to others the same way they will be listening to me once they arrive in my room and that is not something you can consistently schedule accurately for. This was a 5 star visit and I am happy I was referred here for my care.

I had EMG testing done April of 2023. I'm STILL waiting for them to send my Dr the results!!!! They were contacted NUMEROUS times by my Dr, myself and my pcp!! The answer I got finally after a year was, I'm sorry you must've gotten out of our radar. Well as of today, they're "still looking for them". So no, I'm not giving a good review. I'm waiting for answers??

I love this place, if you have pain and you want relief go see Dr. Brawn, he is the best, so kind, caring and the best. Jill at the reception desk and the nurses Robin and Darlene that are with you are totally awesome so kind, caring and knowledgeable. This place is so clean and up to date medical equipment .
