To start, the nurses were kind. The nurse anesthetist was articulate and professional with good bedside manner. The doc is the reason for writing. I had a surgery there recently. I was told by every person that has had this done, it was done with local anesthetic. The doc insisted on putting me under anesthesia. He owns the surgery center, so naturally it's a business decision so he can bill more. I was told I'd be given the option to choose, but I was not. I feel if I had been awake, he would have been more careful with my body. I have had a rough recovery with excessive swelling and bruising amongst other issues I would have preferred to discuss with them. They called the day after to check on me which was nice. But a week later I called with a concern. I was told I'd get a call the next day to address a concern I had and was never called back. I wish I'd put my foot down about not going under anesthesia, but without being awake I can't say if the doctor was being as delicate as one would hope, compared to another. People don't get things like this done but once in their life. More care and attention and precision would be appreciated, especially when we're talking about reproductive organs.

My 9 month old just got tongue tie surgery last week. The office staff and nurses were amazing and super friendly, even at 7:15am the day before thanksgiving! I also appreciated that they called yesterday to check in on how my son was doing post-op.

Unprofessional management! Jessica, the office manager, called me two months ago stating my insurance was denying coverage & would be sending paperwork for me to complete. I called a few days later to inquire about what wasn’t being covered after speaking to my insurance. I was screamed at & poorly mistreated by the office manager. Two weeks ago I left a detailed voicemail for Jessica, on her direct line, asking for an update & to inform her I never received the paperwork. I am still waiting for a return call. I also sent a message via their website five days ago & once again, no response. I would’ve left zero stars, but that was not an option. So disappointed!

We had an overall good experience with the staff/ facility when we dealt with them for our son's oral surgery. The nurses were amazing- thank you Morgan!- and Dr. Mesaros did an excellent job as surgeon. Everyone was so kind. Thank you all for taking care of the patient AND his parents! ☺️

My mother went in for carpal tunnel surgery. Came out with a fungal infection that she still trying to deal with. I don't believe it was this places fault. They are very nice. Willing to help with what she is dealing with. My first review of this place was wrong. I posted it out of anger and frustration from what my mother was going through.so I blame them for the problem. I have spoken with the Board of Health. Their inspections of that place are always in compliance and top-notch. So I would not be too scared to go to this place for surgery. My apologies to this company and staff for venting the way I did. I want to thank everybody in there for their kindness and helpfulness
