I went to the Surgery Center of Lancaster for the first time for cataract surgery. The center’s waiting room was clean and spacious, with a TV mounted on the wall. The receptionist was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming—her attitude helped set the overall tone for the facility. The rest of the staff I encountered were equally helpful and attentive. Overall, my experience at SCL was very good. I was truly impressed by how professional and well-organized everything was.

They did not let me in to see my grandma before her surgery. They said only one person can go in to see her so my mom went in but when we came to this place for her other surgery which was only three weeks ago they let both of us go in.

I had 2 cataract surgeries completed at Surgery Center. Everybody was courteous and very caring for my comfort. Especially Leah she is a credit to RN’s. She is very kind and thorough and all the nurses I came in contact with were very nice. Don the comedian of the group is being funny to relax you and does a good job ,he is also very kind. Thank you to all I won’t hesitate to go here in the future you are well taken care of and the facility is very clean.

I was treated with the utmost professionalism, the staff was very caring and polite. Policy was that someone was to wait with you and could not leave except during surgery, but couldn't leave the building. I would definitely recommend them to everyone they are a great facility I can't say enough about them

I came here for a tonsillectomy and was impressed with the atmosphere. The staff was good-natured and managed to insert some humor every now and then, while at the same time maintaining their professionalism. I thank God for healthcare personnel who care about their jobs and their patients.
