Had surgery there earlier this week-everyone was incredibly awesome! BUT, I have to give a special shout out to Heidi (Pre-OP). I've had many surgeries over the years and the IV insert has always been a cringe-worthy experience (painful, swelling, bruising). Heidi intuitively knew I was tensing up as I looked the other way. She looked me in the eye and said "trust me" and my anxiety just melted away. I had NO swelling, NO bruising, NO pain afterward-only a tiny pin hole where the needle went in! I'm still scratching my head as to how she pulled this off! THANK YOU everyone!

I had surgery yesterday at your Susquehanna Valley Surgery Center and would like to give praise to all the staff their for such a positive first time patient experience. Patsy at Reception, Kathy and Suzanne were my Pre-operatives nurses (top notch!), Anesthesiologist Dr. Motter, RN Brenda, OR Nurse Sara, and Recovery Room nurse Leann, and of course my surgeon Dr. Wilson are the Best You have an amazing and caring Team there, and a heartfelt Thank You to you all!

Excellent experience with all those I spoke with from the front to the care team. So to Sharon, Kelly and everyone else, thank you for taking care of me as my knee was worked on yesterday. I have had 4 surgeries to my other knee prior to this and this was on par with the best I have had.

This is going to be a long review. I suffer anxiety and I can be a Karen at times. So I read some of these negative reviews and was nervous. But let me tell you, I have been treated so nice and comforting from my admission to my discharge. The staff was so funny and very comforting to me. I could not have asked for better treatment! If I could in any way reward these girls I would give them anything. I have so much respect and when I left the out patient service. I felt as if I was leaving my family. These girls are hero's and I have been to hospitals in the past that never treated me like they have. I appreciate and pray that God blesses each and every one of these ladies. They were my blessing. Can not thank them enough.

I had cornea transplant surgeries in Dec 2017 and Mar 2018. Both times I was well taken care of by a knowledgeable, efficient (and proficient) staff. Everyone from intake, to prep, the operating room, and recovery were pleasant to deal with, liked each other and worked well together, and all seemed very happy to work there. There was seamless coordination between members of the staff and with my surgeon. I can't say enough good things about this surgery center and highly recommend it to anyone undergoing outpatient surgery.
