My mother never received a phone call the day before her hip injection stating what time we needed to be at UPMC Surgery Center. I received an appointment verification and time via text to arrive at 5:15 am for my mother's hip injection. The surgery center opens at 6:30, no one to call and we are stuck in the parking lot.

Normally I wouldn't give 5 stars to a surgery center, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was taken care of 100 percent and I couldn't of asked for a more smoother experience for my procedure that I was having. The nurses kept me calm and talked with me until I was ready they kept my anxiety at bay before and after. Seriously the most comforting people I have dealt with in along time. Shout out to yall for keeping someone with extreme anxiety calm and safe .
