Dr Brooks is very effective and efficient and takes the time to explain everything. I had an appointment with him on 1/27/26. The office staff is also very friendly and effective.

Posting for my wife Linda. The entire staff in the Broomall and Kennett offices are exceptional. They appear to enjoy doing the work they do, and the Doctors are very good at explanations and taking care of the issues presented.

Where do I begin. New patient could never sign new patient documents because they had my info wrong in their portal. Showed up for my appointment and had to wait an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes. Doctor Craig Landow appeared very stressed and overwhelmed. He requested blood work and said he would call me as soon as he got the results. Waited a week with no contact. Called the office and left message for his nurse assistant. Still no follow up. So the next day called the front desk receptionist and explained to her my concerns. She said he is performing surgery and, that she would forward my message to him. Never got a call. Mean while I went on a Monday to get my bloodwork done and received the results on a Wednesday. 2 days later. You should not be expecting new patients. If this is the kind of service you are okay with providing. Not sure if it’s a scam,or a way to bill people insurance companies.

Dr. Khosla is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and MidLantic Urology as a whole. All of the staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable. I was a little nervous before visiting since it was my first time going to a urologist. They took all my worries away and took great care of me.
