Unreal! I had bilateral cataract surgery October 2024, paid my $ 300 copay before each procedure. I then received a bill October 10, 2025 stating I still owed $300. That’s the first time I got a bill from them and I really can’t even prove that one of my payments on the day of surgery was not posted. Last week I was informed my account was sent for collection on 10/14/2025… 4 days after I got the FIRST bill from them.

My husband had nasal surgery yesterday at this Center by Dr Jeffrey Bedrosian. The entire staff was fantastic and caring. He couldn't have had a better experience. From the nursing staff to Roy, the anesthesiologist they made him feel at ease while providing exceptional care. Dr Jeff was patient, understanding and went above and beyond to insure my husband's surgery was a great success and My husband comfortable. I would highly recommend this surgery center and Dr Bedrosian to any one needing Any type of nasal surgery

First off, this rating has no reflection on the nursing staff. They were all very nice. They had me prep for surgery by changing into a gown in a bathroom! Not very sterile! The O.R. wasn't ready for the scheduled time, so my surgery was delayed. My husband was very worried because it was taking so long and the staff never informed him of the delay. When he asked why it was taking so long, they weren't able to give him any information . That would've put his mind at ease.

The surgery was very successful, the nursing staff was friendly and professional. The registration staff, however, was cold, curt, and insulting. The wait times for the procedures were also too long. I'm glad I don't have to go back any time soon.

My 10 month old needed tubes in his ears and this center refused his surgery because I couldn't pay my remaining deductible up front! Luckily, the doctor works out of other facilities but this was terrible business in my opinion. And I'm pretty sure its illegal to turn someone away, even though they have insurance, because they can't pay the remaining deductible the day of the surgery.
