Dr. Hazlett is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. He really listens and always gives honest, thoughtful advice. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve been coming here for many years because of a complicated dialysis graft, and the entire staff has been amazing the whole time. Everyone is kind, supportive, and truly feels like family. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Hazlett and his team more—if I could give more than five stars, I would!

From a very pleasant greeting by the front desk coordinator excellent interactions with my nurse, Amber and treatment of the vein mapping by the doctor. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. They were very professional and personable and made my visit very easy. I would highly recommend using this facility if it's necessary for you.
