Went here for endoscopy and colonoscopy on the same day. My first time having either. The nurses, tech and staff were all very polite and clear communicators. Dr. Glasser, the anesthesiologist, was very comforting and explained everything I needed to know. Dr. Martin, the gastroenterologist, is friendly and explained everything to me during our initial office visit, before the procedure and answered my questions about medicine after. A nurse called the next day to check on me. High quality and well-run, an unfortunate rarity in healthcare nowadays. As a nurse myself, I’d recommend their services.

Wonderful staff and office! The whole team made me very comfortable, I was nervous and am not great with medical treatments so I couldn't ask for better service. On top of it, I was in and out super quick and they never left me waiting. Thank you to the nurses & physicians who took great care of me.

I had a very good experience, the reception staff was very friendly and the nurses in the back area were very attentive and super professional. Besides that, they were very kind, the Dr and the anesthesiologist explains the entire process very clearly and several times, which is very important. And they are super good. The area is super clean, everyone works there and does their job very well, I highly recommend it.

This is an excellent facility to consider if you are in need of a procedure. I was there 5 years ago for a procedure and was not totally impressed at that time. I tend to be a bit critical of health care facilities in general because of my own professional background - I know what is good care and what is not. Just recently I needed a repeat procedure and because my doctor performs her procedures at this facility, I had no choice but to return. This experience was totally different than the first. All of the staff, from the receptionists to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and nurse anesthetist were friendly, kind, compassionate, and attentive. All of my questions and concerns were kindly addressed. I felt that their goal was my safety and comfort. The process was seamless, efficient, and comfortable. I was very pleased. I want to thank the entire staff for their dedication and caring. I highly recommend this facility.
