The front end for these folks was unsatisfactory. Every contact was frustrating. Call quality, content, attitude, all poor. We never got to the procedure. Too many red flags so I cancelled. EPEC receives a rare, but well earned, single star.

I will not ever use this facility again, or any Dr affiliated with this practice. They canceled a procedure I scheduled 2 months in advance 24.5 hours to my arrival time. I had submitted their intake and patient medical history paperwork over 4 weeks prior and they chose not to cancel me due to information in my history they had access to for well over a month. I took time off of work, scheduled a driver and physically started preparing myself per the instructions the last 4 days only to have them cancel. Inept, rude and unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. I apparently have a balance with them. Eileen calls 2 Days before procedure (after I had to take a day off from work) to tell me that if I don't pay the balance I don't get the procedure. I think this is called extortion. The procedure i was getting done is paid at 100% by my insurance company. Beware this place. All about the money not your health!!!!

I do not recommend this office. The doctor did not even speak to me prior to the procedure. Then after my insurance paid them I received one bill for my out of pocket portion but was already put into Collection. I have a medical flex spending account and was fully ready to pay my out of pocket but their billing seems to be handled poorly. My procedure to billing date was less than 30 days. I’m fortunate that I am gainfully employed still. I truly feel for how this office would handle this situation for the many people out of work during Covid.

Dr. Tanveer Imam is so unprofessional. He literally walked away from us while we were talking to him. He doesn't care about his patients at all. He even diagnosed my husband before even doing the EGD and colonoscopy. Would not recommend this place.
